Sony experia ray swap *

Hi I have a Sony experia ray bought sim free from Sony for 279.99 just a few months ago! I am looking to swap for an iPhone 3gs but would consider other phones if they are similar spec to this one with a bigger touch screen as the screen on this, although its large, its narrower than most so harder to txt on and I use my phone for work and email! Phone is in mint condition comes with charges with detachable USB cable!
